Introducing Olivia Marie Copeland

She is an absolutely wonderful baby!  We have to actually wake her up for feedings, but she is really good at letting us know that she is hungry once she is awake.

She is now two and a half weeks old and it is crazy how quickly time has flown by.  Each day I feel like she changes ever so slightly.  She had her two week doctor's appointment on Wednesday, December 22, 2010  and the following were her stats:

8 pounds 9 ounces

20 inches

When we went to her two-day-old doctor appointments she had loss some weight and the doctor really wanted to see her get back to her birth weight by 2 weeks.  No problem there!  She has been nursing like a champ. 

I promise I'm still blogging!

Wow! Almost a full month since the last time I blogged! There is so much to share and so much that has happened. I promise I'm still blogging and I promise I will fill the blog in with all that's going on.

I want to share all about the birth of our baby, the wonderful addition to our family Miss Olivia, Christmas celebrations, how Thor is handling all the changes and how mommy & daddy are handling all of the new changes.

I also have pictures galore to share!!! Right now we are on the road heading to San Antonio for Christmas at my grandparents. Baby's first Christmas and also the first time she will meet alot of the family.

Keep checking in and don't give up on my blog! Soon (hopefully) things will slow down enough for me to catch up!
